Influencer files lawsuit against NFL pro ‘Cheetah’ Hill for assault and emotional distress

The 34-year-old influencer, plus-size model and actress filed the lawsuit on February 23 in Broward County. The allegations against “Cheetah” Hill include assault and negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Hill is said to have brought the woman to the ground “vigorously and purposefully.” According to the indictment, the fracture had to be treated surgically. Hall is seeking up to $75,000 in restitution.

Hill’s lawyer, Julius B. Collins, said the allegations were “baseless,” according to ESPN. The aim is to “generate bad publicity for Mr. Hill in order to use intimidation tactics to get him to personally cover the cost of Ms. Hall’s medical bills.”

Hall is said to have taken part in training at the NFL professional’s property and stopped the nimble Hill in one-on-one situations. The scene apparently made the family members of the passport recipient present laugh. “Apparently, Mr. Hill was embarrassed and he became angry,” the lawsuit says.

Hill met Hall when her son attended receiver’s football camp. He then invited the influencer, who is followed by more than two million people on Instagram, to his home for a few days. The incident is said to have occurred there on June 28, 2023.
