Inflation in Austria is a problem for many people. More and more people say it. Many families can only pay their fixed costs with help. For this, one in six households needs a loan or an overdraft. This was the result of a survey.
In April, 8 out of 10 respondents said they feel inflation. Now they already say 9 out of 10. More than half of them now do without a lot of things. For example, they don’t buy cars or take long trips. Over a third also spends less on eating out and dressing.
