Publisher The Arcade Crew (Blazing Chrome, The Last Spell, Young Souls) and developer Berzerk Studio (Just Shapes & Beats) have announced Infernax, their new demon hunting adventure title inspired by 8-bit retro action classics. like Castlevania, it will arrive cleaning the floor with the most unholy monsters on the PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in the first quarter of 2022.
Infernax tells the story of Alcedor, a famous knight who returns to his land to discover everything taken by an unholy curse. Armed with a heavy skull-crushing mace and the most reliable of shields, Alcedor vows to obliterate the grotesque beasts that roam his homeland in an epic 2D journey reminiscent of the most exciting action-adventure games of the past.
