Parental confusion
For the parents, the case remains unsatisfactory – starting with a child with symptoms being sent to kindergarten. The fact that at least an advance email was not sent to the parents after it became known also meets with incomprehension. According to BZ information, some of those affected no longer saw to spend the remaining days in quarantine after so much time had already passed. It is not known how many people affected were reached on vacation and how they dealt with the quarantine.
The health department also said on the phone that nothing more than the separation obligation had to be observed. With the letter came the request for the tests – also for contact persons as well as the instruction to create a contact diary for the quarantine period.
Info The parents wanted to remain anonymous, and they also made it a prerequisite for the conversation with the BZ that the name of the daycare center is not mentioned.
