What you will do:
You will ensure the successful completion of the contracts for which you will be responsible by ensuring the proper coordination of the various stakeholders, the satisfaction of our customers and the margins achieved.
How you will do it:
You guarantee the satisfaction of your customers and check the technical definition as well as the price established by the Sales / Projects Department,
You ensure the technical completion of the business within the allotted time and achieve on the business a margin equal or better than that provided for the sale,
You initiate business launch meetings and draw up the report with the list of actions,
You approve and manage contract amendments as well as additional work on contracts,
You ensure that all customer requirements and applicable regulations are met,
You follow, control, coordinate all stages of the business process: technical definition, calculations, purchases, subcontracting, delivery, site coordination, start-up, warranty, operating and maintenance guides and invoicing,
You prepare the purchase specifications for the main equipment and launch purchase requests in a reactive manner to allow the Purchasing Department to negotiate in satisfactory conditions,
You check and validate the main plans, update the business economic situation on a monthly basis
(tracking sheet, POC) and report on their financial aspect,
You inform / communicate the information in time to the various parties involved in carrying out the business,
You immediately report any technical or economic anomalies in the business and propose corrective and preventive actions,
You initiate and participate in continuous improvement actions relating to products, design, working methods, quality, etc.
What we are looking for:
Coming from a technical training in climatic engineering or industrial refrigeration, you have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
You have a solid technical foundation in industrial / commercial refrigeration and thermodynamics.
Responsible and autonomous, you present yourself as a rigorous and far-sighted manager endowed with certain interpersonal skills to work in a team and interact with all kinds of technical interlocutors.
Mobile, you are able to travel nationally.
You master the computer tool (Word and Excel) and your English is fluent.
