The year 1969: man landed on the moon and came back, the Beatles are a sensation, and Dr. Henry Jones Jr (Harrison Ford) is about to retire as a professor at the University, in front of a student body that doesn’t even care who Archimedes is. . Yes, the occasional weak part of the script is notorious. What seems to happen is that, by wanting to put everything in the same movie, he ends up blurring some characters and mistreating others for no reason.
