INDES graduates the third generation of soccer referees – – 2024-03-17 18:32:23

Elegant and glamorous, the 88 referees from the eastern, paracentral, central and western zones of the country attended the closing of the III Refereeing Course that was carried out through the Sports Development Management of the National Sports Institute of El Salvador (INDES).

The training was given by Vladimir Férnandez, national referee coordinator of the Alevines Cup and the National Student Games, who developed the theme of 11-a-side football; while the beach and indoor modalities were taught by David Cruz.

“I feel very satisfied, because in this third arbitration course we have the presence of 18 ladies and 71 gentlemen who graduate today. We have referees Fernando Rivas and Wendy Gómez who already direct beach soccer games in the municipal phase under the supervision of the instructor of the modality,” said Férnandez.

Among the referees who received their accreditation today at the facilities of the Jorge “Mágico” González National Stadium, Auda Pineda, from the eastern zone, was found in the front row, who has been part of the staff of referees who whistled in the Beach Soccer League Cup CEL 2023.

“Thank God it is already the third refereeing course I have received. Continuing to prepare is a privilege that INDES gives us because one never stops learning, since the information is always changing and new rules come which we must study to apply them at the right time,” Pineda commented.

For his part, Oswaldo Quintanilla, who will highlight his work in Usulután as coordinator of the LaLiga, Values and Opportunity Program promoted by INDES, agreed to participate in this training for the first time since he intends to specialize in arbitration.

“I am very happy and satisfied with the number of classmates who graduated this day and thank God first of all, INDES for creating these opportunities, for us it is very valuable to be here representing the eastern region of the country,” Quintanilla mentioned.

The training of referees will continue this year, because thanks to the interest that exists throughout the national territory, the Department of Opportunities intends to close 2024 with the IV Refereeing Course.
