Incredible Duos: Bringing Together the Biggest Names in Spanish Music

On October 3, the second edition of Incredible Duos will be released. The program presented on this occasion by Xavi Martínez and Julia Varela will try to bring together some of the most famous voices on the Spanish music scene with others from young people with experience in the union, but with still a long way to go.

For this return of the format, Spanish Radio Television has allocated a significant budget allocation. The production of the program has counted on 6,841,598.91 euros, although of all of them only 40,332.80 will be allocated to internal resources belonging to the public television channel, as revealed by the portal specialized in television TVones.

The rest of the money has gone to the Ganga Producciones factory. With the 6,798,393.11 euros they received to produce the contest, they have had to hire the presenters and singers who will perform the songs proposed by the script team. Half of the juniors will be expelled after four programs.

Xavi Martínez will charge 70,000 euros for presenting ten episodes of Incredible Duos, which amounts to 7,000 euros per episode. In the case of Julia Varela, since she has a current contract with the public channel, she will receive her usual salary with a bonus of 2,000 euros per month for directing the format.

The lead singers

The modus operandi of the program establishes a division between two teams: the seniors and the juniors. On the list of the first are Carlos Baute, Coti, David de María, David Summers, Diana Navarro, María del Monte, Paloma San Basilio and Rafa Sánchez. In the seconds are Ainoa Buitrago, Alfred García, Elena Farga, Famous, Flavio, Gonzalo Hermida, José Otero, Julia Medina, Lucía Gil, María Parrado, Maximiliano Calvo, Paula Mattheus, Roi Méndez, Samantha Gilabert, Tatiana Delalvz and Teo Bok.
