This Wednesday March 10, we were affected by a major incident at our Strasbourg site (SBG). A fire broke out overnight, affecting many international customers hosted in our Strasbourg datacenters. Our industrial and technical teams mobilized in an exemplary manner throughout the night, which was particularly harsh. Fortunately, we do not deplore any victim, neither in our ranks, nor in those of the firefighters who worked to control the fire. Our teams were also particularly touched by the expressions of sympathy that our customers showed us throughout the day. Since the prefecture’s ban on access to the site was lifted for security reasons at the end of the morning, we have been deploying all our energy to restore services and support our users. Here is some information and recommendations for our customers.
