Ngohé Ndoffongor in the Fatick region welcomed the Minister of National Education in pure Serer tradition. Cheikh Oumar Anne at the head of a strong delegation inaugurated this Saturday, November 25, 2023 the village high school built by the international association for development and education of Ngohé (AID-Ngohe) and its partners.
A total of 18 classrooms were built with the support of the SONATEL foundation, the Dakar Port Foundation and other private sponsors for a total cost of 163 million CFA francs. Through this achievement, the partners have indicated that they want to give young people in the locality equal dignity and at the same time build quality human capital in accordance with the
State politics of Senegal.
The Minister of National Education came to preside, the inauguration ceremony announced a grant of 20 million FCfa, the construction of a library and a scientific block.
A promise that went straight to the heart of Professor Damien Diouf, Secretary General of the international association for development and education of NGOHÉ and his collaborators.
The various speakers invited students and teachers to take care of their jewel and to invest more in education to deserve these great investments.
