Network Training Academy

TotalEnergies Marketing Tunisia inaugurates the Network Training Academy located at the TotalEnergies El Andalous station.

The Network Training Academy was created as part of the network roadmap of TotalEnergies Marketing Tunisia 2022-2025 providing for the continuous training and support of field teams to ensure the excellence of operations on the network and the quality of services rendered to customers. Indeed, the Network Training Academy is made up of two parts:

  1. Network training center at El Andalous gas station;
  2. Two North/South field trainers recruited from the Almeria subsidiary of TotalEnergies Marketing Tunisia. And this, to rely on the operating expertise of directly managed service stations.

Indeed, this academy aims to strengthen the skills of the teams in order to consolidate the 5 customer promises. And this, by implementing the following actions:

  1. Deploy the company’s new training program for service station personnel “S2SB” (Stick To Station Basics);
  2. Coach staff during work;
  3. Ensure proximity and continuity of training & control of acquired knowledge;
  4. Improve the level of service;
  5. Support development projects (QAS, digitization, SFS extension, creations, etc.).

The training center at the TotalEnergies El Andalous service station has a Quartz Auto Service center. Indeed, this center offers a quality car maintenance offer, focused on customer safety and which provides engine oil change services, filter changes, air conditioning and tire changes.

It should be noted that this center is also a place of practical training to discover the complete range of TotalEnergies lubricants and the techniques ensuring high-quality car maintenance in complete safety for customers.
