Al Amal Group for Trade, the exclusive agent of the Russian Lada brand and Chinese BYD in Egypt, has announced the launch of the new Lada Largos family car in the local market.
The local agent pointed out that the new Largos, which is the latest car on the Egyptian market, is available to customers of the Russian brand in three categories of equipment and uses, namely “5 seats – 7 seats – Van”.
The new car is offered with dimensions that allow it to be used by large families as well as for use as a commercial vehicle, as it is 4171 mm long, 1810 mm wide, 1645 mm high, 170 mm clearance and shrink to 145 mm with the maximum permissible load, and the “space” rear space when folded seats To 2,350 cubic liters, as well as to roof load poles with a load capacity of 80 kg.
The Russian company designed the cabin of its new car in a practical way, as it can be converted from a 5 or 7-seat passenger car to a two-seat truck, and the third row of seats can be removed (without the use of an instrument) and left at home.
Lada uses the B0 platform on which Largos itself is built worldwide, the vehicle is completely manufactured using RENAULT-NISSAN Alliance technology.
The car depends on its various classes on the power of the powerful 8-cylinder 1.6-liter engine with 87 hp and is linked to a 5-speed manual transmission.
The car has a set of standard safety and security specifications, most notably the driver airbags, ABS anti-lock brake system, BAS emergency system, EBD electronic brake power distribution system, in addition to GLONASS warning system and ISOFIX child seat stabilization system.
The company emphasized that the basic design of the car, which was originally created for Eastern Europe, was adapted to suit Egypt, where the suspension and brakes were strengthened, as well as that Largos has a calibration control of the original engine that makes the car fully adapt to gasoline in Egypt.
The company provides the Largos driver and passengers a number of amenities and amenities, including AC air conditioning and front seat heating system “available in the highest category”, hydraulic steering system, front electric windows, tinted windows and central lock, in addition to an audio system consisting of CD player and 4 stereo speakers.
According to the advertiser by the local agent, the prices of the new Lada Largos start at 200 thousand pounds for the Van category, 225 thousand pounds for the five-seat KS category, and 235 thousand pounds for the seven-seat RS category.
