He La Serena Guarantee Court decreed the preventive prison of RAMU, after being formalized by the frustrated homicide of his partner, whom he stabbed and tried to cut the inside of his home last Friday at dawn.
According to the La Serena Prosecutor’s Office at the formalization hearing, the events occurred around one in the morning inside a building located on Calle Lidia Urrutia, where the accused attacked the victim with a white weapon.

At the hearing, the prosecutor Nicolás Nicoreanu reported that the accused caused his partner to cut his face and throat, and that third parties came to the defense of the victim, who was taken to the La Serena hospital.
The court granted the preventive prison on the grounds of danger to the safety of the victim and gave an investigation period of 90 days.
