Chaired by sub-prefect Philippe Le Moing-Surzur, it was celebrated by elected officials of the three BAB cities: the mayor of Anglet Claude Olive, the municipal councilor of Bayonne Serge Arcouet, the deputy mayor of Biarritz Anne Pinatel, but also the deputy of the sixth district Vincent Bru and departmental adviser Patrick Chasseriaud.
