Seized by American justice, the luxurious 10,000 m² residence located on the heights of the City of Angels will be auctioned off after its owner was unable to pay his bills.

We had to climb the hills of Los Angeles (United States), and meander between the properties of millionaires and Hollywood stars. 43 bathrooms, multiple kitchens and reception rooms: everything has been designed for the ultimate pleasure of the occupants. The gigantic property also has a private hairdressing and massage salon, a hammam and a sauna. The construction of the extraordinary house began 10 years ago, when Nile Niami, promoter and former owner of “The One”, bought the land. Since then, he has gone bankrupt and lives in Thailand, crippled with debt. Investors want to sell the house as soon as possible.
