Coup de theater this November 24! The Grand Est Region and Voies Navigables de France (VNF) have announced that they want to return to a classic concession for the management of eleven merchant ports on the Moselle. Governance was to be entrusted on January 1 to a private consortium comprising the CCI of Meurthe-et-Moselle, the Compagnie Française de Navigation Rhénane and ArcelorMittal. The health crisis, but also the positions taken by the new mayor of Metz, François Grosdidier, lead to a relaunch of the procedure. This turnaround does not upset the winner of the call for projects, determined to apply again.
