Web Solidarité, born in 2015, is run by volunteers who put their experience at the service of people far from the world of new information technologies and the Internet. Following the partnership with the Primary Health Insurance Fund (CPAM), the association organized an awareness and information day on online procedures regarding amelia. This digital service allows all health insurance beneficiaries to participate in monitoring and preserving their health. The volunteers installed in the Carrefour Market car park, in rue de la Vallée, presented the online services available on the health insurance portal to around 100 people.

Simplify your healthcare procedures

“The service works quite well. 3 clicks are enough to order your vital card, consult your refunds or even download your certificates; unfortunately we see that many people are still far from digital; either they don’t have the equipment, or they don’t know how to use it, deplore the representatives of the CPAM health support mission. We have developed this partnership with Web Solidarité to make them more autonomous on our IT tool. “

Call for the donation of IT material

“The idea is to meet people who help them with their online procedures. We invite them to participate in our digital workshops, in particular e-Health “, explains Patrick Dzah, founder of the association, who asks for donations of computer equipment from companies. As part of its solidarity and social economy project, Web Solidarité, in collaboration with the urban community of Le Havre Seine Métropole, has also set itself the task of distributing refurbished PCs at a lower cost to low-income families. “In a time of dematerialization of administrative procedures, access to public services is for some an obstacle course. Digital is for everyone and no one should be excluded. concludes Patrick Dzah.
