But, according to the CFDT, this revaluation concerns 77% of employees. “These remain mobilized so that all staff are entitled to the same treatment. Today are excluded from salary increases the support functions and however essential: technical agent, secretary, interior service agent, cook…”, indicates the union which claims “fair treatment for all the personnel of the medico-social”.
