In an Avignon graffiti, Professor Raoult becomes a fan of Jul

It is a graffiti artist nicknamed Lektor who decided to immortalize the face of this year’s most controversial Professor of Infectious Disease on the walls of the city of Avignon. We cannot say if this representation is a satire or a tribute since the Professor is represented making the rallying gesture of the Marseille rapper, Jul, very often controversial too. Without knowing the real underlying message, we can at least recognize the accuracy of the drawing and the precision of the lines. The Basilica of Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde even appears as a backdrop.
