We walk here every day, small children walk, who can be crippled. KSK and akimat do not take any measures, residents of the high-rise building complain.
The city department of the housing inspection stated that the overhaul requires a separate targeted fee, since these works are not included in the cost estimate for the maintenance of common property.
– A state program is also provided for, according to which owners of apartments and non-residential premises, by a majority of votes, have the right to take a budget loan on a repayable basis in accordance with the concept for the development of housing and communal infrastructure until 2026, according to which apartment owners, with the consent of more than two-thirds of the total number of owners, can take a budget loan up to 7 years at a rate of 0.1 percent on a repayable basis, the city department of the housing inspectorate said.
The city administration noted that in case of written consent of more than two-thirds of the total number of owners, the local executive body develops design and estimate documentation (DED).
