Work will start within a month on the former laundry of the A. Locatelli hospital in Piario which will host the new “Center for eating disorders” financed thanks to the allocation of the Lombardy Region of 1.3 million euros in addition to a contribution from the Gse Conto thermal of 300 thousand euros. Specialist outpatient clinics, a residential center with 10 beds and teaching spaces in collaboration with the University of Bergamo, the Asst Bergamo Est center will be ready in a year, but Piario will welcome the first students of Clinical Psychology as early as autumn.
