Improving Public Health Services: TNI Task Force Battalion R 631/Atg at Cross-Sector Mini Workshop

JAKARTA, tniad.mil.id – The Aramsulki and Kiliarma Post health teams along with members of the Yonif R 631/Atg Kolakops Korem 174/ATW Task Force post took part in the Cross-Sector Mini Workshop (LMLS), located at the Aramsulki village health center, Agimuga District, Mimika Regency, Central Papua. Sunday, (24/9/2023).

In a written statement from the Task Force, the cross-sector mini workshop is a meeting between Puskesmas officers and related sectors to improve team collaboration, monitor the scope of Puskesmas services and foster integrated community participation in order to improve the function of Puskesmas.

Present at the activity was Solihin as the Head of the Health Center along with staff and health workers at the Community Health Center, village heads in the Agimuga District area, malaria cadres in the Agimuga District and the health team of the Kliarma Post and Aramsulki Task Force Yonif R 631/Atg led by Lt. Inf Liswanda and SSK II.

In his speech, Imanuel Kemong said that the cross-sector mini workshop was held in order to improve the performance and quality of Puskesmas in basic health services in Agimuga District in improving standard public health services towards a healthy Agimuga District community.

“We will always collaborate with related agencies, especially the Yonif R 631/Atg Task Force health team to carry out programs planned by the government in the health sector,” he explained.

Meanwhile, Commander of the SSK II Task Force Yonif R 631/Atg Lettu Inf Liswanda in his speech said that the health team of the Task Force Yonif R 631/Atg would support and help the Agimuga Community Health Center carry out government programs and would always provide the best health services to the community.

“To create a healthy society, when visiting people’s homes which are far from the Community Health Center, we always include a health team to check their health and treat people who are sick,” concluded Liswanda. (Dispenad)
