On the strategic side, the presence of the US Armed Forces at the exhibition represents a message of confidence sent by the United States to demonstrate the seriousness of its commitment to the security of the Middle East and its intention to continue supporting its partners in the region, especially in light of the current international developments.

On the commercial side, the American companies present at the exhibition took advantage of this opportunity to display modern American defense and military systems, and the giant American company “Boeing” concluded a deal with the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center in Dubai to supply unmanned systems for aircraft inspection, and virtual and augmented reality technologies in maintenance management. And best practices in the field of proactive maintenance of air systems.

Boeing’s participation in the 2023 Dubai Air Show also included displaying the best of American military industrial technology in the field of advanced air transport (AAAM), including the most advanced AH-64 Apache helicopters in the world, which are the backbone of the US Air Force’s helicopter fleet, in addition to F-16EX Combat Fighter aircraft capable of dealing with widely diverse threats, and KC-46 Pegasus aircraft designed for air-to-air refueling and equipped with state-of-the-art combat systems.
