Details about it have been published earlier a suspected Ryzen 9 4900HS. This cpu would have a boost clock of 4.4 GHz with a tdp of 35W, as well as a gpu with eight compute units. An image of a suspected Ryzen 9 4900U also appeared in February, writes Hardware.info. The specifications of these chips are still unknown. Ryzen cpu’s in the U-series usually have a tdp of 15W to 25W and lower clock speeds than the processors in the H- and HS-series.
AMD announced its mobile Ryzen 4000 CPUs in January during the CES in Las Vegas. The new processors use AMD’s Zen 2 cores on a 7nm process. This architecture is also used in the company’s current desktop CPUs. The first laptops with Ryzen 4000 CPUs are expected to appear on the market in April.
