“I have started to perceive people differently. When I meet Ukrainians in different countries, I realize that they are not just compatriots, but related souls. I want to embrace everyone. All Ukrainian artists have one wish that it will end sooner. We realized how much we love our country. Yes, we always knew we lived in a great country, but we didn’t love it the way we do today. We lost almost everything we owned and now we want to regain everything, ”said Polakova.
On July 5, the singer plans to arrive in Kiev, almost every day in the summer the musician is busy with some events both in Ukraine and in Europe. In addition to concerts, Polakov plans to record an album.
“I want to go home, I haven’t seen my husband in a long time, and my children haven’t seen my father. We have never had such a long divorce. You need to give charity concerts in your country. People who are left behind need to be supported. I will go to the Ukrainian Armed Forces with concerts, to hospitals, to refugees. I also have events planned in my homeland, and I am very happy about that. I think that when I cross the border, I will cry a lot, ”says Oļa.
