Ikea – bonuses for employees. How much will the Christmas bonus be?
IKEA informed that the amount of the bonus is to be roughly equivalent to a monthly salary, but the specific amount of the bonus will depend on the earned the result the company’s financial situation and the extent to which the goals have been achieved business.
