“We want to compensate for the decrease in the amount of available products by increasing the advice to our customers,” explains Isabel Puig of Ikea Belgium. “Our recruitment campaign entitled ‘You are the missing link’ aims to recruit new profiles without special qualifications.”

“We are not only looking for a resume with experience, but also people who want to contribute to the well-being of others and have a positive impact on their communities,” it said. The new employees will be able to follow training after recruitment.

There are now almost 300 open positions, but more will be added. The various available jobs are regularly updated on the job site of the chain.
