In the Indonesian capital of Jakarta, a Buddhist temple is preparing to offer iftar meals for worshippers during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. Muslims practice fasting during the day from sunrise until sunset, and then come together for a feast at night. The temple is providing the meals as a gesture of goodwill and to promote interfaith harmony. Photos show people preparing and receiving food for iftar at the temple.
