To everyone’s surprise, Dortmund completely missed his Bundesliga end of the season by losing 0-4 at home against Hoffenheim. Well below its usual level of play, the BVB sank under the repeated assaults of the visitors and the performance of choice of Andrej Kramaric, quadruple scorer and in gala fashion.
After the meeting, the mines were obviously collapsed on the Dortmund side. And a man seemed to have it particularly bad: Axel Witsel. In remarks relayed by Eurosport Germany, the Red Devil does not hesitate to point the finger at a certain laxity and lack of commitment from certain teammates: “We all have to defend together. If you’re just a few to run and defend, it’s hard to win a game. On paper, we were perhaps the best team, but on the field it’s different ” he laconically lambasted.
This at least has the merit of being clear.
