Participation in “Shall we dance” can be characterized by challenges, nerves and excitement.

But for some participants it also means romantic speculations and writings about love life.

One of them is Aleksander Hetland. Three good weeks after the premiere, he and dance partner Helene Spilling found themselves faced with romantic rumors, even in TV 2.

Although Hetland was careful not to share his love life when he appeared in “Skal vi danse” in 2019, he said, among other things, VG who was engaged and ready to marry.

When VG asks Hetland if she can talk about her marital status now, she replies:

– Actually, I hardly feel like it. I think it’s a little mean to have headlines on just that, so I try to avoid it.

“ALLSTAR”: Three weeks have passed since the premiere of “Shall we dance: Allstar” and Aleksander Hetland and Helene Spilling have already found themselves faced with romantic rumors.

– What’s it like constantly being asked about your love life?

– I think it’s a little uncomfortable, but that’s because I don’t want that kind of attention, if you understand.

– I’m on “Shall we dance” because I think it’s funny. It’s a challenge and I don’t want to be in those columns to be completely honest. And it’s not just about me, it’s also about the others involved, and I think it should be respected.

During tonight’s show “Shall we dance: Allstar”, the theme is “the challenge”. Earlier this week, she revealed on “Dansebobla” that her choreography is inspired by the breakups in her love life.

– It’s a bit of a modern dance, dancing out some thrills and things like that. I think it could be very cool. We’ve been practicing it all week, she tells VG and adds because the dance is about heartbreak:

– That’s what the song is about, and I can relate to it at different times in my life.

The song they will dance to is “Arcade” by Duncan Laurence. VG follows the broadcast.
