Coronavirus on Wednesday and since under fire from critics for acts of neglect, admitted Thursday on Twitter to have been “lacking in discernment”, apologizing to those it could “endanger”.

On Monday, 48 hours before the announcement of his positive test for “Covid-19”, Gobert had made a joke at the end of a press conference. After answering a question about the epidemic, he got up and touched the microphones and recorders on the table with his hands before leaving the room.
