I am an entrepreneur, WhatsApp or Telegram? Which is better?
As entrepreneurs we always try to stay ahead in everything that concerns and influences communication with our customers, this inevitably leads us to the question, if I have two messaging applications, which one should I prioritize, and exactly it is no longer just about having one of two, that has been left behind, as with social networks or even with our digital presence, it is no longer just about choosing the most used media, but also the media that have a favorable impact on my entrepreneurship, we can take as an example what has happened with Facebook, the giant of social networks, either for one reason or another, has seen its reach diminished.
Having said this, we start from the two main messaging applications, the well-known WhatsApp and the elusive Telegram, the latter has sometimes been heard mentioned, and it has been the first option where everyone runs when WhatsApp collapses, but is it really? is it possible to use it?
We can divide this answer into two parts, the first focusing on the technical section of its viability, let’s see some data:

As we can see, technically Telegram proves to be a platform that not only has more options, it has also proven in recent years to be more robust than WhatsApp, so if technically it is a functional platform, because we entrepreneurs are reluctant to migrate to it. Here comes the second part of the answer, and it is that just like the decision-making that affects our project, all of these are defined by market trends, although Telegram could not be much more beneficial than WhatsApp, we are limited to prioritizing what our customers prefer to use, if so is this a pointless post? Of course not
As they always repeated to us when we were little and I bet that many of you also, a prepared person is worth two, and it is just what as entrepreneurs we must do every day, and with our messaging applications it should not be the exception, the best What we can do is have both and prioritize our efforts in the one used by most of our clients, be careful with this, prioritizing one does not mean abandoning the other, as our experience and knowledge in Telegram increases, we will be able to move towards it to our clients in order to deliver not only a better service, but also to improve our communication channels with them and thus achieve brand loyalty and positioning in a better way.
