Ubisoft’s battle royale Hyper Scape will have an official launch on PC, Xbox One, and PS4 in August.
Hyper Scape is a battle royale that takes place in a futuristic urban environment. The game has been in open beta for PC gamers for a few weeks now, and an official launch is slated for August 11.
Ubisoft announced the launch of Hyper Scape in a video that presents season 1. The game, which was designed in the studios of Ubisoft Montreal, will be free.
Players will be able to pick up special abilities during matches, such as the ability to send a shock wave that propels enemies into the air or heal teammates.
A Twitch extension also allows viewers to vote on effects that will affect all players in real time.
Hyper Scape officially released on August 11 for PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
