This Monday, July 6, according to the Hoy No Circula program, Vehicles with yellow gumming, plate termination 5 and 6, in addition to hologram 1 and 2, must rest in Mexico City and the metropolitan area of the State of Mexico, between 5:00 and 22:00.

Hologram 2019
The validity of the vehicle verification holograms acquired in 2019 was extended by the contingency, so that motorists may continue to circulate in accordance with the Hoy No Circula program.
If your vehicle has a hologram 0 (zero) expired in 2019, you can continue to circulate every day, after the verificentros close. The measure will be independent if the car is registered in another state, it is only effective if it belongs to the hologram agreement between states and Mexico City.
