- 5 dates, remove the seeds, cut into small pieces
- 3 spoons of honey
- 100ml of water
- 3 tablespoons ice cubes (optional)
Prepare a blender, add dates, honey, ice water and ice cubes. Process all ingredients until smooth.
Then pour the date juice into a glass and serve.
