How to Apply for a Mortgage Property

It allows the bank to check whether the borrower has a valid guarantee on the property which is to be mortgaged. However, when the credit institution requests this document, the borrower may not know or understand which document is requested.

Who issues the original real estate deed for mortgage

The property offered to secure the mortgage may be received by the borrower under a deed of purchase, gift, division, inheritance or other public deed.
