If we are to believe the website Rotten Tomatoes is the Marvel movie Eternals not exactly well received by the critics. The film is only 48% on the Tomatometer. The audience seems a lot more enthusiastic, considering the 84% as Audience Score.
In the Netherlands, the 26th part in the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been in cinemas since last Wednesday. FilmTotaal critic Frank Stol received the film from the director Chloe Zhao a reasonable one three stars.
“Eternals hasn’t been a total failure, but it certainly hasn’t been the ‘game changer’ we were promised. The first Marvel arthouse movie has yet to be made,” was the finding of Stol.
