Rotterdam – In three weeks, advisory chain De Hypothekers Associatie (DHA) will pull the plug from its location in Best. The franchise agreement with the current owner will not be renewed, because he made a blunder with an insurance application last year. Since then, they have no more faith in him at DHA.
