We have been vaccinated en masse, and yet the rules have been tightened again. The reason? “No one can ignore the numbers,” Prime Minister Alexander De Croo (Open Vld) said at the press conference. The ministers had a report on the table with very steep lines on the graphs. Figures that would have led to “an absolute catastrophe in hospitals” a year ago. “Because 8.5 million people have been vaccinated, that is not the case.”
