After four years, our country has again managed to qualify for the final of the Eurovision Song Contest. At the end of the first semifinal Belgium called as one of the ten finalists.
Sixteen countries were at the starting blocks and competed for ten places in the final. Professional juries and viewers from the participating countries, as well as from Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, determined the results. After guest appearances from, among others Duncan Laurence, Davina Michelle and Thekla Reuten, presenters Jan Smit and Chantal Janzen announced the ten finalists in random order. Belgium was announced as the ninth and penultimate finalist.
The full results as announced tonight, can be found in the table below. The exact results will not be announced until after the final, now on Sunday night.
