Hogwarts Legacy postponed to 2023 • Eurogamer.net

Things aren’t going well.

Hogwarts Legacy has been delayed from 2021 to 2022, an announcement made in January last year when Warner Bros. Games reported that it needed more time to create the best experience possible.

However, Colin Moriarty said on his Sacred Symbol podcast that the game won’t even be released this year as development isn’t going as expected and even talks about problems.

Without revealing his sources, Moriarty says he has been informed that the game is in trouble and gives new fuel to rumors around Hogwarts Legacy, which speak of a complicated development and yet another possible delay.

Hogwarts Legacy was announced in September 2020 at Sony’s PlayStation 5 event, after more than 2 years shrouded in rumors and unofficial information, but since then information is scarce.

Warner Bros. promised to reveal more of the game throughout 2022, but it could fail once again with the release forecast.
