Nintendo Switch occasionally receives larger AAA games, but in recent years several projects that were very popular on competing platforms have not debuted on the Big hardware. Of course, the Japanese have a large catalog of their own IP and titles specially prepared for the hybrid console, which achieve great results, but some production teams decide to adapt their productions to the limited capabilities of the Switch – and among them there are also the creators of a magical adventure from the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

The port developers faced a really big challenge – Avalanche Software developed the game using the capabilities of the latest consoles and powerful PCs. Then the title had to face certain limitations to work well on PS4 and XOne, but eventually it will debut on a hybrid device.
