In group A, Sparta plays in České Budějovice, it is a clash of the second with the first. Pilsen plays on the ice of the last Kladno.
In group B, the second Litvínov will welcome the third Liberec. The first Karlovy Vary will fight for points with Mladá Boleslav, which is currently closing the group.
In Group C, the third Pardubice will compete with Brno, which has not yet won a single match in the Summer Cup. Hradec Králové will welcome Olomouc. Kohouti will try to beat a team from East Bohemia for the first time in the ongoing cup.
The match in group D will be played by the third Vítkovice with the first Zlín. The first-league and last Přerov will be welcomed by Třinec, which has the same points as the Rams from Zlín.
