Catherine Raiche is now believed to be the highest ranking woman among personnel executives in NFL history.
PHILADELPHIA – The Philadelphia Eagles announced changes to their operations department this Thursday, including a landmark promotion: the appointment of Catherine Raiche as vice president of football operations.
It is believed that Raiche she is now the highest-ranking woman among personnel executives in league history. That title previously belonged to Kelly Little, who was named executive director of football operations and special assistant to the general manager George Paton for the Denver Broncos earlier this month.
A native of Montreal, Raiche spent five years in the Canadian Football League, most recently as director of football operations for the Toronto Argonauts, before joining the Eagles in 2019 as your personal / football operations coordinator. In her new role, she will be involved in professional and collegiate visits, contract management, player / employee development, and research.
Philadelphia also added the former general manager of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Dave Caldwell, as a personnel executive. Caldwell was general manager of the Jaguars from 2013 to 2020.
