Two hikers strolling through the Lake District in England didn’t know what they were experiencing when none other than Tom Cruise literally crossed their path. The 59-year-old actor landed with a parachute in the middle of the trail where the hikers were walking, after jumping from a helicopter just before. This reports The Sun.

“The last thing I expected on my hike was to run into Tom Cruise. We were completely perplexed, but he was very nice and took a few pictures with us. It looked like he was having a good time, even though it was something he did for work,” said Andras Katica, one of the hikers.
Cruise is known for performing his own stunts and has been shooting the movie Mission: Impossible 7 for quite some time now.
In August, the actor landed with a helicopter in a private garden of residents, because the nearby airport was closed. Even then his presence caused a lot of surprise and he took extensive time to take pictures.
