A teacher from the Theresialyceum in Tilburg has been fired on the spot. This after a student has reported that he has been guilty of ‘transgressive behavior’. This is evident from a letter sent to the parents of high school students.
Omroep Brabant has the letters with which the parents were informed. Initially, it was announced on Tuesday that the teacher was ‘released from work’ after the report. A day later, the parents were informed that the teacher has now been fired on the spot.

It is not clear what transgressive behavior is involved. The Theresialyceum does not want to respond substantively. “I can’t tell you anything about it in the context of the investigation and the privacy of those involved,” says Rector Cisca Zweers.
