Smoking in the car endangers children

As an alternative, it is not uncommon for people to choose smoking in a car which is considered to be a more appropriate place of privacy than in public facilities which can disturb others.

However, research at the Universities of California, San Diego, and San Diego State University shows that smoking in a closed environment such as a car seriously surveys the interior with nicotine and other smoke pollutants.
Such nicotine pollution is third party exposure.
Another 2011 study measuring tobacco poison particles in a car where someone had smoked found that the level of cigarette smoke in a car was comparable to people in a smoke-filled pub before the enactment of the smoking ban.

Adverse effects of smoking on health

In fact, the Stanford research study shows that smoking only half of one cigarette in a vehicle can produce used smoke levels 10 times higher than the dangerous limits set by the Environmental Protection Agency.
