To whom the cash payment limits do not apply:
- subjects other than entrepreneurs,
- entrepreneurs with this status on the basis of registration in another country (foreign entrepreneur), if they do not conduct business on the territory of the Republic of Poland,
- subjects registered only in the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and independent public health structures,
- representative offices of foreign entrepreneurs,
- flat rate farmers,
- natural persons who purchase objects for private ownership before registering a business, who will then be entered in the fixed assets register of their business (such a person does not meet the definition of entrepreneur),
- bailiffs,
- entrepreneurs registered outside Poland, providing services in the territory of the Republic of Poland (as part of the temporary cross-border provision of services).
