“There is nothing more important than not being alone at the end of life. You give people comfort, hold their hands, be there for them,” said Mayor Kahr, thanking the VinziDorf Hospice team. As the city of Graz, you are at the side of the facility as best you can, if help is needed, you would like to intervene immediately. And City Councilor Hohensinner added: “Nobody is immune to slipping into homelessness. It is all the more important that you are accepted the way you are on your last journey.” Educational work, especially among young people, is important and right in this regard.
Running the VinziDorf Hospice is a matter of the heart, but only possible through donations and volunteer work. Two companies that have supported the care facility financially for many years are the Styria Media Group and Anton Paar GmbH. As passionate sponsors, they are proud to be able to do their part for humanity, togetherness and mindfulness, so the common tenor.
