On January 27, a new Lidl will open its doors in Poussan. More spacious and more welcoming, it will offer 940 m2 of modern services “while adopting a sustainable energy policy”, promises the sign, which indicates in passing that the 20 employees will be mobilized to welcome the Poussannais. Opening which, for the occasion, will give birth to a solidarity operation called “The school donation”, lasting 4 days, from January 27 to 30.
A large solidarity fundraising
In an approach of solidarity with the schools of the municipality, Lidl will therefore organize an exceptional operation “The school donation”. During the first 4 days of opening, 50 euro cents will be collected for every 15 euros of purchase during each checkout. These donations will be donated to the OCCE LES BAUX school cooperative.
In line with its move upmarket and its repositioning as a convenience store, Lidl France has rethought the model of its supermarkets. To illustrate this new concept, the Lidl supermarket in Poussan has recreated the layout of its sales areas. It is by focusing on brightness thanks to a glass facade, sober colors and noble materials that the brand hopes to enhance the well-being of its customers and employees and create a friendly and cozy atmosphere.
This new supermarket is finally putting sustainable development at the heart of its concept. “In order to best respond to the energy transition, Lidl favors innovative products and technologies of the future. From now on, the brand is integrating more and more durable materials and low consumption equipment ”, specifies the headquarters of the brand.
